Great experience with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Just the right amount of information to make things very interesting without feeling like we spent too much time at any one spot. Add details we would have otherwise missed if we had visited the sites in our own.
The tour guide was fabulous…so knowledgeable. Plus her command of the English language was stellar. She also had a wonderful sense of humor, and definitely played to her audience.
"Played to her audience: we love that, Cynthia! A stellar command of English and a wonderful sense of humour make the Doge's Palace and St Mark's even more enjoyable. We want our guides to be real people, not scripts. All the best, Sky Crown Tours"
Fantastic tour. Enough detail to make everything interesting, but not too much to make your drag. Our guide Micro (so?) was absolutely fantastic.
This is a very quick tour of Saint Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace. Very knowledgeable tour guide, Sylvie. This is a great tour if you only have a short time in Venice. These two beautiful places are not to be missed!!
"June, two of Venice's must-sees in one go is perfect when time is short! Sylvie will be happy to hear she made it count. Being able to enjoy the moment is part of a well-designed experience, even on a quick visit. All the best, Sky Crown Tours"
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the areas we toured
Had a wonderful tour of St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge Palace. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions, We highly recommend this tour!
'Any and all questions' is music to our ears, especially somewhere with as many stories as St Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. We'll make sure your guide hears how much you enjoyed it. We believe thoughtful guiding adds another dimension to travel, and Venice gives it plenty to work with. Warm regards, Sky Crown Tours
Great tour! Guide was fabulous and very informative. Very well paced and easy way to navigate the sites. Fast track group exit was great!
Genevieve, a fabulous guide, a comfortable pace, and an easy way through the sites is exactly the combination we hope for. We put care into the flow of each visit so there's more room to take in Venice, and we're glad the fast-track group exit was a useful final touch. Warm regards, Sky Crown Tours
They were very unclear as to where to meet on the day of the event. The tour was just ok. Crowded and difficult to hear the guide at times.
Hi Debra, We’re sorry the meeting point wasn’t clear and that the crowds made the guide difficult to hear at times. We believe a well-organized tour should feel easy from the very beginning, so we’d like to understand what caused the confusion. Please email feedback@crowntours.com with your booking/reference number so we can check the meeting instructions provided for your tour. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
Guide really interesting Must see in Venice
Danielle, thanks for calling the Venice tour a must-see. We’re glad the guide made the visit interesting; how the stories are told can turn famous landmarks into something much more personal. Best, Sky Crown Tours
Very worthwhile and the lady knows a lot and gave fantastic explanation
"Annette, what a fun way to rest your feet after a full day of sightseeing. We're glad the guide's energy, the drivers' good humor, and even the adventure of joining Rome's traffic made the golf-cart tour such an enjoyable experience. All the best, Sky Crown Tours"
