In your case, we were informed by the venue the day before that Pala d’Oro entry would not be possible with the allocated tickets. We informed you promptly and issued a partial refund corresponding to the price difference, as per policy. You received valid skip-the-line entry to Saint Mark’s Basilica and were refunded the portion related to the unavailable section. We understand this may have caused disappointment, but please know this was not a case of dishonesty, rather an unfortunate change from the monument's side, outside our control. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or override booking errors made by third-party platforms, especially when Basilica access is controlled and ticketed. While our team did try to assist on-site, when tickets are sold out, there is simply no way to add a last-minute participant. We're sorry if our staff came across as unhelpful, this is not how we want our service to be perceived. We recommend always reviewing the ticket breakdown during booking, especially for child entries, and contacting the platform directly in cases of pricing or ticket discrepancies.
