Excellent service. Great experience
"Merci beaucoup, Valérie ! Nous voulons que notre accueil donne le ton de votre visite, alors lire que la prise en charge vous a plu aux Offices nous fait très plaisir. Cordialement, Sky Crown Tours"
Easy to download the app and navigate. However, the graphics of the rooms were too small to read on my phone.
Thanks for the fair review, Janine. Good to hear the app was easy to download and get around, and you're right that room maps only help if you can actually read them on a phone screen. What seems small to us may matter a great deal to you, so we appreciate you pointing it out. Kind regards, Sky Crown Tours
Good organization, good price. It is very helpful, to get audioguide early before the visitig.
Shirley, picking up the audioguide before you go in is a great tip, and thank you for sharing it with other visitors. We aim to make each part of the visit easy to follow, so we're pleased the organization worked well for you at the Uffizi. Many thanks, Sky Crown Tours
Met at specified place, briefed and prepped very professionally and efficiently. Entered art gallery without any to do. Had a good time, saw what we wanted to see. Audio guide was useful and informative.
What a great account of your time at the Uffizi Gallery. We’re delighted you enjoyed it. Clear meeting details and comfortable audio can feel like small touches, but they make it much easier to settle into the experience. Hearing that the explanations added real context is exactly the kind of thoughtful guiding we care about. We’re so pleased this became one of the memories you’ll take home from the trip. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
Crown Tours were very good. Excellent pre-tour communication. Easy to find the meeting point, where the 2 company reps were already waiting (and clearly identifiable in their people tops). They already had the physical tickets printed and ready, explained everything really well and the walked you down to the access point so you couldn't possibly go astray!! Really well done!!
Thank you Brendan for noticing the details that make an Uffizi visit begin smoothly: clear communication, an easy-to-find meeting point, identifiable representatives, and tickets ready to go. We're delighted the team guided you right to the entrance and made the process feel effortless. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
It went well instructions were clear. And the tour was wonderful.
"It’s wonderful to know the Uffizi Gallery visit left such a strong impression. We’re pleased the instructions were clear and that the Uffizi Gallery visit felt both worthwhile and easy to enjoy. Kind regards, Sky Crown Tours"
It was a great experience, everything worked out great, the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you.
Everything worked out perfectly, nice service!
Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
The meeting point was clear and the Crown Tours staff are very welcoming and friendly. The tour itself with audioguide was easily to follow but would have been better to dedicate more time at the gallery as there are plenty of paintings to view and to make pictures. All in all they are value for money and worth to come back again.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re glad the clear meeting point, welcoming Crown Tours team. We also understand your wish for more time among such an extraordinary collection, there is certainly a lot to discover. It means a great deal to know you found the experience good value and worth returning for. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
The importance of Chinese speech to make the visit to the Uffiz Art Museum better and more valuable Spend half a day enjoying the gem of the Renaissance
中文語音導覽確實能讓烏菲茲美術館的參觀更加深入，也更能理解文藝復興作品背後的故事與價值。很高興這項導覽讓您的半日參觀更加充實，也讓整體體驗物有所值。 Sky Crown Tours
