Convenient location with reasonable rooms. It is a bit dated and could use an update. No restaurant but pub next door and plenty of other places nearby. Guest laundry is good. Train station is 100 m away and easy to use from airport. Easy to walk to harbour and Gastown. Had a bit of a feel of Melbourne Australia.
