**ピックアップ開始時間には、お客様の所在地の前にいなければなりません。そうでない場合、バスは強制的に出発します。** ピックアップの場合は、30分の時間枠があります。 警戒交通機関と書かれたバスにご用心ください。 午前8時の集荷は、午前8時から午前8時30分頃までの間となります。 10時20分のピックアップは、10時20分から10時50分くらいまでの間になります。 12時30分のピックアップは、12時30分から13時くらいまでの間になります。 午後3時ピックアップ（季節限定）は、午後3時～午後3時30分頃になります。

- ワニに会えるとは限りませんのでご注意ください。冬の間は冬眠しますが、春、夏、秋には簡単に見つかります。

We were on the fence about doing a swamp tour. Swamps sounds yucky and hot. We were wrong. The scenery was beautiful, the boat shaded, and we saw so many gators! Yay! It was a great experience! My teenagers loved it, and they thought Capt Dewey was "chill." Oh, and there were no bugs. Just sunshine and breezes. Many thanks for a great morning!
Ernie was a knowledgeable and fun captain he made the experience educational and entertaining. The views were beautiful a nice escape from the city

The boat ride was amazing! The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals and did a great job with keeping the participants calm
The boat was filled with bugs and spiders which was a bit of a turn off . Did get to see quite a bit of gators but had a much better experience in Florida. The guide was funny and shared some good history about the area , trees and Birds .

As for the bugs and spiders, we’re sorry they weren’t quite the welcoming committee you had in mind. Unfortunately, when exploring a natural swamp environment, the local residents don’t always understand that guests would prefer to enjoy the scenery without meeting every member of the ecosystem up close. While we certainly do our best to keep the boat clean and comfortable, we can’t exactly ask the spiders and insects to observe our guest policy.
This was a good tour. Captain Ernie was a 10th anniversary native of New Orleans. He shared some personal stories which were fun. He was also educated in the ways of the bayou. And yes, we saw at least 15 alligators. This tour is definitely recommend for all.
Captain Ernie is the best. We had great time during this tour with Ernie's vast knowledge of swamp and his love to protect them.
