I have been on 2 tours previously with another company. When I went to book with the company again, they added $30 on for EACH person for pick up. OMG! This led me to The Louisiana Tour Company. I booked a small group tour for 3 people INCLUDING hotel pick up for much less. The day before the tour, I was notified that the airboat was not working and we were given the option of a larger group tour with a partial refund or another day. We decided to go with the larger tour. Hotel pick up was on time and our driver was entertaining and personable. Upon arrival, we checked in and waited to board. Our guide was Tre and he was great. The larger group experience made No difference because we couldn't imagine a better time. Tre took us to some beautiful areas on the swamps and answered all our questions. Of course there were many alligators, some close up. The airboat ride was REALLY a lot of fun! But wait, this is the most important reason that I highly recommend this company. On our ride back to New Orleans, my friend realized that she lost her phone. I called the company and her phone was on the boat. They went the extra mile, literally, and dropped it off at our hotel a few hours later. WHO DOES THAT??? I HIGHLY recommend The Louisiana Tour Company for the overall experience and customer service. P.S. I received the partial refund that day.....amazing

The swamp tour was awesome. The guide was very knowledgeable. He showed that he loved the animals and seemed to be friends with some of the gators.

If you take this tour, ask for Bobby to be your guide! He was fantastic—knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the entire experience memorable. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend both the tour and Bobby!

Fun, beautiful boatride! Beebop,our guide, was great and knew where all the gators were. Saw lots up close and personal. Learned a lot about the habitat and enjoyed the views!

We found the whole experience absolutely awesome! Started with Gerald (bus driver) who was friendly & a pleasure to talk with - gave plenty of recommendations for the city. Bebop (airboat captain) showed the group a great time- seen several alligators, educating about swap & even held a little gator (Frankie). Even the store lady (sorry don’t recall her name) was welcoming & super funny and quite a character herself. Tour is worth the price. Recommend small airboat tour with pickup service to & from the site

It was a wonderful experience. Our guide knew his way on the water/swamp and even took us to a couple of specific areas where he knew alligators would be. I loved seeing nature at its finest, and the swamp boat ride was exhilarating.

This is a great experience! If you thinking about it.. it’s worth every penny. From pick up to the experience and return ride they are great! Very well organized ! And man do they know there stuff.. also you will get up close and personal with the gators!

Fantastic experience! Captain Be-Bop was the best! One of the highlights of our trip.

Our driver was amazing - we switched vehicles a few times due to a mechanical issue but we loved (very entertaining and funny) the history she gave us on the way there. Our airboat tour was also fantastic. Love the in depth info of the foliage and the gators with some real life stories. Highly recommend Captain B-Bop. Felt very safe and comfortable in the middle of the bayou.

This was a great tour, from the ease of booking, transportation to the tour departure point and the tour itself. The airboat experience was unique and the guide did a great job finding us alligators and racoons and interesting facts about them. Highly recommend these guys!
