We took the airboat ride and had a blast! Great tour guide and we were able to see lots of wildlife including quite a few gators.
We had an amazing experience on the Airboat tour. Some tour companies treat times like suggestions. We arranged for pick up from our hotel (The Westin) and usually when given a window, it ends up being at or past the window. Our bus was waiting for us because he came a few minutes early. Jerry (our driver) was friendly and professional. After picking up some more fellow tourists, Jerry gave us some history and interesting information about New Orleans and some of the sights we passed. We were glad the bus was air conditioned and comfortable because it was a hot, humid day! Once we arrived at the tour, we checked in, and were able to purchase some cold water and snacks before boarding our airboat for the tour. We were offered ear muffs because the airboat engine is LOUD! Our guide took us around the swamps where we saw more than a few gators, a raccoon, and some colorful birds. Our guide shared his knowledge and experience about the swamp with us. Despite the heat and humidity, once the airboat was moving, it was relatively comfortable. Before long, it was time to head back and we returned to our hotel. An experience we won’t forget!
Had a fabulous time. Dewey was our guide. Very informative and a fun adventure. Nice to get out of the city for a half day.I wish the pickup could be better timed. Turned out we were the last so had waited 45 minutes out front.. Maybe just two times? 8 and 8:15. Etc? Other than that easy coming back and got dropped off where we asked to be.. Driver very nice and chatty.. wish she had had a microphone though .
Relaxing and Entertaining! We had a wonderful experience. Great captain who was knowledgeable, safe, energetic, and enthusiastic. Our van driver was safe and very kind. Highly recommend the whole experience.

Pickup was in time, no delays at any point, the tour was funny, we saw various crocodiles, the guide provide curious information about the zone and fauna there!
This was so enjoyable and really the highlight of our trip. I’d highly recommend it! The guide was great and it was beautiful spending time on the water.
We thoroughly enjoyed the fan boat ride. Well worth the money and our guide was terrific. I definitely would recommend to anyone.
Was picked up in time window and taken by bus to swamp set off point, our guide was Dewby , who had a tremendous knowledge of the waterways and where the alligators were, told us a lot about their habitat, their individual characteristics, also saw raccoons, highly recommend this tour
Amazing tour, lots of alligators everywhere. Many different sizes of alligators. Marshes, Bayous, and swamps plus fun ride on an airboat.
