No Show Driver
Our driver was a “no show” and we didn’t get to take our tour. Viator credited our account promptly.

You booked the tour at the very last minute, just an hour before the start time and we didn't see the booking in time to inform the driver that there will be more guests, you called us 20 minutes after the start time to say that you can't find the driver, if you had called us earlier you could definitely join the tour or may be you have arrived late to the meeting point , we also told you to wait and will let the driver come back for you but you said no and asks to refund you, we issued a full refund promptly.

Loved Rome at night.
Had a great time with Ricardo as our guide! Enjoyed seeing Rome at night! Great way to see the city in a short amount of time. Highly recommend Ricardo!

Great fun!
Such a fun tour! Giovanni was a blast to learn from - so much culture and history in Rome that he was able to share...including some nuances that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Being able to have cold gelato while seated in the golf cart on this hot evening was AWESOME!
