Ticket fine, audio guide unusable and to be avoided at all costs
The entry ticket is fine, but the audio guide is unusable. Pre-tour information says to download the guide before entering, but the app has no facility to do this. There is limited 4/5G signal in the Gallery, and no public WiFi, so streaming in real time is impossible. If you can get into the guide, once you've reach the second floor, you can't switch between map and audio without exiting, and the Gallery route bears no resemblance to the guide's. This is a truly terrible product, so avoid at all costs. In the Gallery, you can rent an audio guide for €6 and guess what - it works. Other reviews have said the exactly same thing, so the operators clearly don't care, they just want your money.

It was great not to have...
It was great not to have to wait on a long line for tickets. The audio guide provided a wonderful background information to the various exhibits in the museum.

Amazing 3 hours!!
Wear comfy shoes...busy up till the cafe appeared..skip the cafe..bad reviews anyway...2nd half much quieter.

Florence trip
Download and print the ticket? My phone was not working properly that day and the museum wouldn’t let me use the reservation number without the ticket. Finally called and a representative sent the ticket to me via email but I never got the self guided headset to listen to my tour bevcause I didn’t het that ticket which I had paid for.

Great experience, but very exhausting
The audio guide makes no sense, the selection is too huge! At some point, you reach your physical limits.

Great experience all around!
I am a travel agent and my clients took this tour and had a great time! They had a last minute schedule change and the staff was incredibly helpful and graciously allowed us to move the ticket to the next day. They were responsive and kind and were incredibly understanding of our needs!!

Comfortable transportation and knowledgeable guides.
We had a few small changes to our plans during the trip, but the team handled everything without any hassle. They were flexible, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure we enjoyed our trip.
