Great tour!
Our tour was great! We did a self-guided tour, but having the tour guide available to give us tips as to where to go to beat the lines and crowds was a huge help.

They don’t tell you walking around takes like 4 hours. The guide was not helpful at all he didn’t even walk in with us. The audio app guide also did not work.

The host does not accompany travelers inside the Colosseum as a walking guide. Regarding the audio guide, we are sorry that you experienced difficulties using the app. We have received feedback from other travelers confirming that the audio guide was working during their visit. The audio guide is intended to be used independently during the tour. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.

Colosseum
Great experience, host Sax was easy to meet and gave us all the information we needed. He insured us if we had any problems was just to give him a call on the contact number provided. My tickets where send via whats app this was also our many source of contact but was pretty much straightforward.

A Memorable Experience.
The communication was very effective via email, app and phone. Once we arrived at the Colosseum the host gave us our final instructions regarding entry which were reliable and accurate. We had a great visit and were content not to use the app but it was easy to download.
