Definitely recommend this tour. Driver was prompt and efficient. Your guide was excellent. There was an extra one hour portion for the tour that was optional but was not included with this tour package and we were disappointed to have to skip that. Otherwise we definitely recommend this. They’re so awesome!

Although the venue is labeled with hotel pickup, the pick up is only at certain hotels or various pick up points. Fortunately for us, the pick up point was only about 2 blocks away. We were contacted to let us know that the transportation would be a little late which was fine. The driver takes you to the mine, and then the mine guides give you the tour. The driver was safe and made sure to get us to the right place and met us at the end to get us back to the vehicle. The mine was fabulous. Each person is given a listening device to better hear the guide. Our guide spoke very clear English. Be aware that at the very beginning you have to go down over 300 stairs set up in groups of 8 stairs then a landing. We did see one mother whose child had gotten claustrophobic. Our guide responded immediately and got the two of them out via an elevator. The salt chapel was awesome! Just learning about the history of the mine and seeing all the beautiful art created from salt was amazing.

Our guide Wictor arrived on time and we proceeded to the Salt Mines. He guided us to the line we had to queue in and made sure we knew where to meet afterwards by WhatsApp messaging. Would highly recommend this company for the Salt Mine tour.

Martin was excellent! Punctual, polite, funny, easy going, informative and his car was very nice and clean! Thank you! Would recommend for sure.

Absolutely worth the visit! Super organized, really cool and an absolutely lovely town! Grabbed some local fruits and veggies exiting the mine area before heading back.

Cute but not exciting. Horrible surprise ending is the ascent with a micro freight elevator where they stuff 8 of you in. Not recommended if you have a bit of claustrophobia.

Our excursion to the salt mine organized by "Cracow For You" went perfectly: contact made the day before for the departure time (which was respected according to our request), pickup at our hotel, travel, tickets, and "skip-the-line" access. Our driver, Martin, remained at our disposal if we needed help. On-site, the tour with our French-speaking guide was very interesting and was really worth the trip. The place is impressive and our guide did not lack humor! The tour lasts about 2 hours and 30 minutes and is accessible to everyone, but watch out for the many steps to go down. On our return to Krakow, our driver Martin included a short additional tour of the old Jewish ghetto and the Schindler factory. We recommend the tour operator "Cracow for you" for tours in Krakow.

Our trip was made due to Peter, our driver who was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining on the trip to and from. Additionally, he hunted us down when we were lost and was so kind about it. We are so grateful to him. He’s great!!

First af all I would like to talk about the guide. He was very friendly and welcoming and he gave us a tour of the old jewish ghetto city on our way to and from the salt mines. He also new some real life stories about the place that were very interesting. The salt mines exceeded our expectations and the tour was definitely worth it.

I highly recommend this experience. The organization and our driver were impeccable. The Italian-speaking guide at the mine was great. Prepare yourselves because there are really a lot of stairs going down. Bring some arnica for the next day.
