Dependable and communicative drivers! Made getting around Guatemala a breeze. We used their service to get from Antigua to San Marcos La Laguna and then again from Pana to Guatemala City.

The driver was nice. He explained some things along the way. He btought us safe and sound. In a red volvo. 💯 Recommended. He even had some good music and he took in consideration that I do not take curves well. He slowed down the last part of the drive. Very patient and capable.

Our driver was very friendly & knowledgeable. I felt like we had our personal tour guide as he told us about the history of different places in Guatemala. Always made sure to ask if we needed a bathroom break since we were traveling from Antigua to Lake Atitlan. Also allowed us to pick or change the air conditioning setting to our liking. Highly recommend anybody to use this service of transportation.

A pleasure to book with Due South, from start to finish. Prompt responses to requests for information, reasonable prices, and the driver was punctual, nice, and, most importantly, a confident but cautious driver. We were so pleased that we booked with them again for the longer drive from San Juan La Laguna to the airport and received the same excellent service.

Company did a great job communicating. Driver was professional, knew his way around to avoid roads that was backup due to an accident on the main hwy. He paid attention to the road the whole trip. Would definitely recommend this company and will reach out to them again in the future.

Took this shuttle both ways and recommend! From Pana to Antigua was a large van with my group of 3 and 7 other travelers! Would book again.

Our driver Gustavo was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant journey when we had to find an alternative route to avoid traffic. Communication and planning was so clear and helpful. They made the journey really enjoyable and we will try to use them again!

Lovely safe driver. We took the road less traveled. Stopped to see the view and to get a snack. Plenty of room for luggage for one person. Air conditioning was available.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. To start, we originally booked the incorrect date from Antigua to the lake. They were responsive and very reasonably helped us immediately. Then we booked a private shuttle from the lake back to Antigua with this company (which I would recommend- the ride to and from the lake is very hard. Lots of hills and turns. If you’re prone to motion sickness. Take a private shuttle.) We last minute changed our plans, and they were immediately responsive and kind even late at night. The driver was so so nice and on time. Very professional. We felt very safe with him and we were two young girls alone. I really can’t recommend this company enough for transportation.
