- 乾季(11月～4月): 暖かく晴れた日、頂上は涼しい気温。 通気性のある服装で上着を持参する。
- 雨季(5月～10月): 午後は雨が降る見込みです。 防水ブーツ、レインコートまたはポンチョ、湿気を防ぐ衣類を着用してください。 防水バックパックカバーを強くお勧めします。

It was Amazing Everything was very smooth! It was hard but we got through it. It’s definitely worth your time.
Everything was very well organized and perfectly on time, from our pickup to the ride back to our hotel. Our guide, Ervin, was outstanding—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He truly made the experience unforgettable. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Ervin. He’s a local, knows the community extremely well, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the hike. I’d rate the hike around a 5–7 out of 10 in difficulty, especially if the altitude affects you. Thankfully, our guide was very supportive and paced the hike well. And once you reach the top, the views are absolutely worth it!
Great tour guide. Not an easy hike. Be ready to work hardand wear your worst sneakers. Horses walk up and down the volcano. Cool experience roasting marshmallows at the top on lava rocks.
Great experience! 100% recommended. You can see all the way or the ocean and get great views of feugo, Agua and acetenango volcanos.
The information given prior to the hike was helpful and just as described. Make sure you read what is included and what is not included and pay attention to the cost of add-ons. The hike starts off fast and hard, but gets easier. The hike down is slower and not as hard, but still challenging. Our hike was on a cool, drizzly day where we couldn't see much from the top, but still 100% worth it!
Pick up was easy, driver was friendly. Your guide was very nice. I was not really for how vertical this hike was, and I have in and rented a horse 30 min in. If you’re not a well experienced hiker, consider it. Communication was all through the app not through what’s app like a lot of others.
I am physically active, and the hike was HARD. All uphill so remember to dress appropriately and wear the right sneakers. I passed so many people in fashion or running sneakers, you really should have at least hiking sneakers, if not hiking boots. Getting to the top is very rewarding, don’t cave into the people offering a ride on a horse (of course, unless you really need it). Kind of a bummer that the day I went it was very cloudy so we couldn’t see the peak of the volcano, but still really cool to be on the same terrain as an eruption.
Truly an amazing experience. Our guide Erwin was great and so encouraging. This is a moderate hike so make sure to drink plenty of water.
It was a great experience and I enjoyed the hike. I’m glad that I wore boots because certain parts were steep and slippery. I highly recommend this hike.
This is about a 4.5 mile hike. There are segments that are quite steep and challenging. However, the guide takes frequent enough breaks. There is also the option to ride a horse instead. This means that there's horse poop on the trail, so watch your step! The views at the top are awesome. Our hike also included a stop to roast marshmallows using the steam from the hot water underground; a stop at the Lava Store, which featured art and jewelry by local artisans; and a stop where you could buy food (tamales, hot dogs, or very expensive pizza) - all optional. The drive from Antigua to the start was about an hour long, and we spent about 3.5 hours on the hike itself.
