Just get an Uber that would be a better experience. The description is very misleading. I have done private cars in many other country and this one was extremely disappointing. We reached out after our tour to the company and then they basicly questioned why we didnt say something during the tour.. not that it would have made any difference.

Comparing our service to Uber might sound simple at first, but the reality is quite different – most Uber drivers don’t speak English and have no idea where to go on a daytrip, where to stop, or what to show guests. The product clearly states that it is a private sightseeing transfer with an English-speaking driver, not a licensed guide. This is also reiterated in the welcome message sent after booking. The driver assigned to this tour is someone who regularly receives positive feedback, which is why we continue to work with him. Based on the information available, the service was conducted professionally and within the expected standard. It’s important to note that Switzerland is the most expensive country in Europe, and travelers should consider this when evaluating local service levels, access, and logistics.
