Absolutely enjoyed this walking tour. Wheelchair accessible. My tour guide while young really knew his stuff, named Tino. Great personality, and slowed down to accommodate me. Glad I got to go inside the Horton Grand Hotel. Being a babyboomer I really enjoyed the disco Good Night John Boy. Meeting place and endpoint is Horton Plaza northside of the iconic Balboa Theater downtown. The Horton Historical Park is being remodeled when I was there. Felt completely safe. Walked to the Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House and former police station/mayor's office. Tino even took pictures for me. Highly recommend this tour.

Late two minutes for tour, they left with no direction, no one to ask a question to.
The meeting place was not very clear, we arrived two minutes late, they had already left. The tour guide text me ten minutes later and asked if I was still coming, we could catch up with them, but where? On a roof top somewhere. I asked for a refund and was told they could not accommodate, but I could schedule for another time, but there would be a $10.00 fee. Not fair at all. Poor customer service.

Amelia is a gem
Amelia was an absolutely fantastic guide! My partner and I ended up getting a private tour with just her as the rest of those that booked the tour tonight didn’t show up. This lead to a wonderful, laid back, conversational tour where Amelia shared fascinating history of San Diego as well as some truly goosebump inducing ghost tales. Would highly recommend this tour to any paranormal lovers out there, or anyone looking for a nice walking tour and introduction to this historical neighborhood of San Diego!

Spooky experience
Very interesting and spooky experience. The guide was very informative and friendly. I think I saw a lady by the window on the Horton museum.

Very knowledgeable guide....
Very knowledgeable guide. However, there were too many details about what people have reported or experienced, so the history and relevant lore were lost.

Tino was awesome
Tino did a fabulous job giving our tour. He made the stories come alive and was interactive with the group. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the past life of San Diego.

Cool experience
Very informative and entertaining tour. My guide Levantino was very chill and professional, even when there was A LOT of boisterous activity around the area. The added EMF detector was a plus.
