Anyone reading this - if you have less than a 4-star experience, please reach out to me directly with feedback for a likely full refund of up to 4 people. We stand behind this tour. Feel free to take it risk-free. To address this. Full disclosure: Inside You went into two buildings: the hotel and the house. No other tour downtown is legally allowed into either. I am not aware of any competitor (they are all national tours and don't like to pay for access) that goes into any buildings. You went into more buildings than any other tour. We have access to the lobby, side area, and bar in the hotel. The house we have access to the first floor their staff says their insurance does not allow people upstairs at night. We can't control that. We pay a lot for access and people do have experiences there. Expectations/Adele To leave a one-star review is just cruel and hurtful. We are very clear on where we go and what the tour does if you bother to read the info we send you. Punishing us, a small local business (the only actually local ghost tour left downtown), for information we sent you is just mean. You could have just read it and canceled or gone knowing what to expect. We are transparent in part to get people not to take the tour if it’s not for them. Adele will be bummed - the host makes the tour. Most people love her tours; I think this is the only negative one I have seen from her experience, so you got that. I am genuinely bummed you did not like the tour. I would have totally refunded you had I known. It is a real bummer and hurts us for sure. Hopefully you feel better though. Oh look I just found one from last week: Perfect tour guide Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and very entertaining. I would recommend Adel to anyone wanting to take this tour.

Hi Hans we have your information and have attempted to reach out several times. Will keep reaching out. What is unsubstantial? What does that mean need to know how to improve. Are you upset because you enter two locations on that tour that other ghost tours are not allowed in? Are you even sure you are reviewing us? We are the only ones downtown that take you into locations as I type this. Did you go into places? I know our competitors make up stories to make their routes faster so they can do more tours in a night maybe that was insubstanital being rushed? Sorry just don't know how to react to this and since you will not reply personally don't know how to improve. Anyone reading this if you have less than 4 star experience please reach out for a likely full refund up to 3 people if you can please just give us feedback on how to improve. Good day H4 — on price, please keep in mind that your booking platform takes 40–50% of each ticket, so you are giving that money to them. I don’t want to charge that much, but we all pay for your booking platform choice. If you ever wonder why prices are so high nowadays for experiences, look to your booking platform’s cut. Are you sure you are reviewing us? There are about six out-of-town national corporate ghost tours downtown - people often mistake us for them. We are the only remaining local tour. You would have gone into the Davis-Horton House, while the competitors would have stayed outside. You would have also gone into the Horton Grand Hotel (competitors aren’t legally supposed to go in there, but sometimes sneak in). I’m asking because none of our hosts have mentioned losing people in a long while, and we really focus on not leaving the group behind, even if we have to cut content for a slower group. If it was us I really wish I knew who so I could gently remind them. Please remove the review if it was not us, would be super grateful. If it was us — anyone reading this, please come to me directly and let me know what went wrong and how we can fix it, I will likely give you a full refund for up to three people. We want to be the best, and I need to know the details. :) Thanks for thinking local out there - keep our cities unique and not just the same corporate slop.
