Spent the whole tour with Frank and he was great and very knowledgeable. Going back on Dunday do we can go to the places we missed

If you have little toddlers who are vocal & like to express how they feel out loud about the new things they see out there , then please do not ride on with the tour guy named “J” . My husband and I got the city pass and decided to make this experience part of our plan just to be disappointed and upset . The driver kept making “jokes” about getting my baby a mute button just because she was excited to see things and was being “loud” , he kept asking everyone on the bus if they can hear over her & everyone said she was totally fine . He was the only one that had a problem with it . He kept making comments that he was having a hard time talking over her & kept pushing so someone can agree with him . My baby just turned 2 years old & her birthday was the reason we were out in San Diego , being put on the spot like that and humiliated in front of everyone was heart breaking as a mother . I felt my baby was not welcomed by him on the bus to the point I got tearful and told my husband we were getting off the next stop . My baby just wanted to enjoy the ride & was excited to see a new place but I guess a toddler being happy was too much for him . It was also our last day there & our trip did not end well thanks to him . I will never go back there & risk reliving the embarrassment we went through thanks to “J” . We did end up getting on the next trolley to get back to our car and our new driver was Tony who had zero complaints about our baby so 5 stars to him ! Thank you Tony !

Was a great tour with lots of stops and information given — our tour drivers were very good at explaining where we were and providing interesting history. A great value for what we paid. We loved that the hop on hop off was every 20 minutes so we could hop off and know that we would not have to wait long to catch the next tour bus when we were ready to return or move onto the next stop.. highly recommend

The experience was relaxing and informative. I was able to see other area of town which otherwise I would not know about.

Great guide who was entertaining and gave us a good history of San Diego. Beautiful weather and lots to see.

Recommend early start to have time to hop on and off a good bit. A lot to see. Great explanations of town and tips. If you have a 2 day pass option even better. Can never go wrong w Old Tiwn Troley tours. I’ve used in multiple states.

It’s a great way to view the City and other Landmarks in the city and the history of the city as a whole.

Great experience and we had two great drivers.

Very interesting and informative. Easy to board with comfortable seats. Our drivers were very nice and cared about the guests.
