Our guide Letizia (spelling?) was awesome! She was so knowledgeable and effervescent, and you could tell she loves her work. We only had an hour and a half, but thanks to her we got to see the best of the palace, with knowledgeable explanations at each and every highlight. It was supposed to be a small group tour but ended up being just the three of us. I would definitely recommend taking this tour.
Francesca of City Florence Tours was outstanding. Her knowledge of the city is phenomenal. Her communication skills are excellent. She listens to your questions and provides good answers. She also shared about life in Florence. She made the tour interactive by giving us clues and having us engaged in telling the story. I was so happy with her that I will try to book with her again.
