Fairly quick entry using this ticket. Costs more than it would when buying at the venue, but paying for the fast line. Meeting point was hard to find as there was no blue flag as described. Needed to ask around a few operators to find our ticket holder.

Our meet and greet person was very helpful. We weren’t aware that the tech relied on our own downloading an app onto our own phones and using our own headphones. Unfortunately one of our phones wouldn’t successfully download the app. This hadn’t happened previously.

Managed to meet ticket person easily - even in the rain storm! Quick entry from getting ticket, joining priority line then gaining access to the gallery following security checks - was glad they had plastic umbrella covers! Gallery busy but able to take your time and view items at your own pace.

So easy. Got in earlier than our ticket time! Missed a VERY long line! Met for our ticket an we were in!

My original purchase plan specified priority entry. When I arrived at the meeting point, I was given the tickets right away, but we were simply left to queue on our own—completely lacking the priority entry described in the plan. It took multiple rounds of negotiation before someone finally led us to the group services queue, and we still had to wait quite some time to enter. I cannot recommend this platform. The service fees are extremely high, and the follow-up support is inadequate. I strongly advise against using this service, and I will be uninstalling the app and never using it again.

Poor treatment and lack of information or misleading information. The audio guide they include is not the museum's but a digital one provided by them. They do not explain this either when making the reservation or at the meeting point. Once inside the museum, they call me and tell me that they have sent a QR code to my WhatsApp to scan and access an application that you must install to access the audio guide. A scam. The only advantage is the skip-the-line access. If you can, buy the ticket directly at the museum officially.

Excellent tour and tour guide. Very informative and if you love history and art this is a great combo for it.

Booked late and booking was for tickets only. The staff at the entry was kind enough to give us access to the audio guide. We would have preferred a guided tour, if there was one available.

Great way to avoid the lines! Met up with the agent at designated area and obtained our tickets and we were able to get in right away.

Definitely worth buying skip the line as the queues were horrendous. Once inside the museum it was busy but not overly crowded. Lots of art to see and of course the original statue of David. The only thing I would comment on was that the information about the collection point said we should look for a blue flag for our guide. No flag and ended up asking someone who looked they worked for another tour company and told us our contact would be back shortly, which he was.
