The trip to Seattle was very enjoyable. The key is having a good tour guide, Guide Zou, who is knowledgeable and provides thorough explanations. It rained on the second day, which was a bit of a shame; the panoramic view of Seattle wasn't very clear, and the visit to Washington University was just a quick look. But Director Zou was still enthusiastic and took photos for us. Thumbs up for this tour guide.

I come from a Spanish-speaking country and signed up for the tour in English, but it was conducted almost entirely in Mandarin Chinese; the people involved didn't speak English. The guide seemed lost and didn't know where he was taking us—he didn't even know the location of Amazon Headquarters, which is part of the tour. He also claimed I hadn't paid for the tour, which is impossible, as Viator wouldn't issue a ticket without payment. It was a very bad experience. On top of that, he was falling asleep while driving.

While our guide did try to give you personal English commentary, we understand this was not sufficient. We will improve our handling of multilingual groups going forward. Navigation: The guide made GPS errors and took multiple wrong turns before reaching the correct sites. This was our mistake, and we will take steps to prevent it from happening again. Driver alertness: The guide insists he was not sleepy, but we take safety concerns very seriously and will reinforce our policies on driver rest and attentiveness. Payment: The guide mistakenly questioned your payment status, but we have since confirmed that your booking was properly paid through Viator. No payment was requested from you. We sincerely regret this experience. As a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer you a partial refund or a complimentary future tour—please let us know your preference. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.
My wife and I were the only English speaking people in the nightmare tour. The tour guide forgot that we where there so all we had to listen was Chinese

Driver was nice. Coach was clean, comfortable. 7 people went on the tour. The Tour discription said 4 stops but I think we only had 3. The Amazon Village (spheres), Space Needle/Food Court and Pike Place. It was a nice tour. I would recommend it.

Pikes market is huge so map it out before go on this tour because you won’t have time to see it all. This tours should allow at least 4 hours. The Amazon stop was not needed I would have liked to spend more time at the space needle and Pike Market.

The pick up location hasn't got a second option. But the driver was very helpful. The tour was running smoothly and quite enjoyable.
I booked an English speaking tour, was told I had a Chinese speaking tour, once I voiced my concerns the company did not refund money or listen to my concerns in not fulfilling their contract obligations with what I had purchased

Our tour guide, Don was very patient and kind. He gently explained things that was unclear, and also even dabble checked to his company. I felt he is very trustworthy. Even though our trip was one day trip, we could see many popular sightseeing, and I got some ideas now where to go next time to explore more by my self. Very satisfied.
