Good professional company and very careful driver because the road is very winding. And above all the company did everything possible while we were two hours late for disembarkation, indeed the boat having turned around to disembark a sick passenger. Thank you 🙏 we could see this famous Hana road

there was no speaker in the car so people in the third row had trouble hearing the driver with her narration.
Hello and thank you very much for the review as this helps us to improve customer service and this has been on our minds to put a headset system for those who would like to similar to what the airlines does in a small sterile package that you can give back to the driver or keep. This way in the future, you can hear everything you want and take it back out of your ear when you want to relax and see the scenery without anything interfering.. much appreciated the rating as the driver tries hard to make your day a special one. Our Tour Guide, Kellen, was very knowledgeable as it pertains to the history of Maui and its intricacies. He was very well versed and informative about every aspect of our Tour. We were very impressed by his driving skills. We’re so glad that we let a professional take us on this Tour. We enjoyed all of the stops along the way. We particularly liked the stop at Ke’Anae Park. We loved the crashing of the waves over the Black Lava Rock.
