This experience is not...
This experience is not with an actual baker, though the class is in a bakery. She was well informed.

First of all, thank you for your message and we're delighted that you appreciated the expertise of the person who led the workshop. You're absolutely right, it wasn't a "real" baker but a trainer, because as you can imagine, at that hour the baker is asleep! You would have had to experience it at 4 a.m. Perhaps next time...
