プエルト・フアレスのプライベート桟橋を出発した後、メキシコカリブ海の透き通ったターコイズ色の海をクルーズします。 途中、イスラ・ムヘーレスの美しい海岸線を通り過ぎ、さらに沖合へと向かいます。海は深く鮮やかな青色に変化します。 道中はイルカやウミガメ、エイ、海鳥など、道中でよく見かける生き物に目を光らせましょう。 ジンベエザメの餌場に近づくと、ガイドがこれらの壮大な優しい巨人の最初の兆候を探すのを手伝い、冒険そのものの期待の一部にします。

This tour was beyond our expectations. We must have seen hundreds of whale sharks and manta rays. The experience was definitely worth the money. Mac was our guide and he couldn't have been more organized, courteous, helpful and professional. You could tell he truly wanted you to have the most spectacular experience. This was on our bucket list and it did not disappoint. Thanks for a great tour.
We went on the Whale Shark tour with Ocean Tours yesterday as a family of 6. There were 10 of us on the tour in total which made it feel more intimate. From start to finish the experience was utterly amazing. We were picked up promptly in an air conditioned van by our driver Miguel and our guide Dara. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Dara was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable which added to the trip. We were able to see and swim with a huge number of Whale Sharks and Manta Rays. The experience was absolutely amazing and we are still buzzing. Our captain and crew Elmer and Elmer were also lovely and added to the experience. If you only do one trip whilst visiting Mexico then do this. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Dara and team.

The crew for our trip was Vanessa, Dani and Giovanni - they were fantastic and could not do enough to give us the best experience possible! The pickup was a little early (5:05am) but it also meant that we got to the pier ahead of other groups and could get out to find the whale sharks! The team were able to quickly navigate us to the right area where we were met with a huge school of sharks and some manta rays. What a fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend to anyone considering it!
We did a lot of tours and excursions during our stay in Mexico, this was by far the most amazing and memorable experience. I highly recommend ocean tours and if you are lucky you might get our guide Mac who is the coolest guy you’ll meet.

Just got back from Cancun and did a whale shark excursion in early August. They picked us up at 5:45, drove 40 minutes to the marina then 1 1/2 hours in a small speed boat. Our guide was Carlos C. As part of the booking process they should tell you to bring long sleeve swimming shirts (we did but most people didn’t) otherwise they sell you one for $25, which I doubt it has SPF. They also push hard for the wetsuit rentals for buoyancy. We stopped in the middle of the ocean where other boats (not sure how many, but lots) had spotted the sharks and were circling (i. e. harassing) them. They give you a mask, snorkel and fins, give you a number, and tell you to be ready at a moments notice, then scream your number when it’s your turn to jump in the water and GO! GO! GO! You are jumping into the open sea, swim as fast as you possibly can to get to these animals then swim 1 or 2 minutes with them, this part we really enjoyed otherwise it’s pure chaos. Our boat had 10 ppl and 3 of them threw up after the first jump, another one a little boy was too scared to jump again, it was too stressful. If you don’t like chaos, do not go! We then went snorkeling to El Yunque, only saw a few fishes, and a king crab shell. Last stop was North side of Isla Mujeres (Women’s Island) to enjoy the beach, once we got there, there were probably another 50 boats and we were all standing/floating 50 ft away from a hotel’s beach and couldn’t approach the shore, it just felt weird as if we were invading the hotel’s guests privacy. For the money paid the whole experience was very disappointing.
