The best experience we had so far , the team are amazing guys, helping people and making fun, they are very aware of what they are doing, the food is very good and tasty, the snorkeling with the sharks is unbelievably good

Wonderful! Guide and boat crew were informative, kind, and engaging people, and worked hard to get everyone a good experience in the water. We got two really good dives with a lot of sharks and mantas.

Once in a lifetime experience!!! Naara, Chano, and the capitán was soooo amazing we honestly had the greatest time. Also the captain makes the best ceviche i’ve ever had. However, if you do get sea sick easily this might not be the trip for you. The boat rocks a lot where you get out to see the Whale Sharks so be prepared. The dramamine taken didn’t help much. Either way I was obsessed with the whole thing.

Fantastic tour, a must if you are visiting the area during the month of August. Swimming with these creatures is absolutely magnificent. Obviously, a good tour is also judged by its guide, and I would absolutely like to recommend Guillermo, who was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He pointed out all the good practices to follow to avoid stressing the animals and described all their biology to us with care and passion. Ask for him and you will not regret it :)

It was great an unforgettable experience to do in your life! Too bad we didn't swim much, 2 sessions of 5 min. Knowing that the first one personally and for other people too I was panicked so I was more into it for the 2nd. But otherwise great, huge seasickness! Arriving at Isla Mujeres, it's incredible! We can swim for I would say 15 min or + then the guides and the captain prepare the meal on site (on the boat) so great experience then we eat on the boat and head back. The meal for us was chips, guacamole and ceviche. There you go!

It has been incredible. It is impressive. Our guide Ariann has made everything easier. She explained everything very well to us and gave us tips to be able to enjoy the experience. I would repeat with them without hesitation. Special mention also to the boat captain and the person who swam with us. And of course, it must be said that the ceviche and guacamole were very good.

What an experience! Even our six year old was able to get in the water with the sharks with great support from the guides.

Our whale shark tour was absolutely unforgettable! Arturo was excellent — knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the experience. The whole crew was incredibly inviting and created such a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Swimming alongside these gentle giants was breathtaking, and the team’s professionalism and warmth made it even more special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an amazing adventure!

Booked through Get Your Guide app. I wouldn’t recommend this trip with this company, seeing the whale sharks was amazing but that’s it unfortunately. I lost a fin as soon as I jumped in on our first snorkel, I told the guide who was in the water with us twice but he just kept shouting at me in Spanish and saying “swim”, I thought the message had got across but apparently not. When back on the boat our female guide was quite rude and berated me for not telling them that the fin had gone. She completely ignored me when I told her I’d informed the guide twice. None of the staff asked if any of the customers had been snorkelling before, no instructions on how to put on the goggles or fins, no checks done to see if they were on properly- they did check our life jackets before we jumped in though. Perhaps this should be an addition to the trip? One girl on our trip (a minor) was given a broken mask which was exchanged for a functional one - this suggests the equipment is not checked properly and maintained to a decent standard. Perhaps the lost fin was, in fact, broken? No way to tell now of course. We got back and I was told I needed to pay for the fin, this was 500 Pesos and it was phrased in this way “once you pay for the fin we can leave, the transport is outside”, I felt this was a bit like being held to ransom, I wasn’t prepared to argue when I was an hour away from my resort and because it would have impacted my friend too. The guide who was in the water with us was extremely confusing, he’d say something like “left, left, left” and when you looked or moved left he’d shout “right”. There was a bit of a discussion with the other customers on the boat and the majority (7/10) agreed that he was confusing, made it feel quite chaotic and not enjoyable. All of us who agreed just ignored him on our second snorkel and had a much better time. On my second snorkel I heard him shouting for a while so popped my head up and he was shouting at me to swim. He literally interrupted me swimming to tell me to swim? - this is just an example of what our issues were with him. Our guide was taking footage which was great but unfortunately she dropped her GoPro in the ocean right at the end so no photos or videos available. This is just an unfortunate accident and not a complaint, I’m sure she was more upset than we were!

Amazing experience - Ariann was an amazing guide who made every effort to make the day enjoyable. Communication and pick up was excellent - would thoroughly recommend for a once in a lifetime experience
