Our driver was waiting at the cruise port earlier than the time we chose, which was great because it meant we would get to our hotel earlier than expected. He was very nice and got us there safely.

Very easy to communicate with before the service. Our driver was wonderful. Be sure to ask them about luggage. We originally booked for two people but they asked me to change it to 3 people to accommodate 2 large suitcases, 1 medium, and 1 rolling carry on.

Excellent service for cruise terminal to airport transfer. I amended pick up time twice to earlier times, which was promptly acknowledged. On the day (13.09) driver was there right next to terminal gate with my name clearly on display. Very clean, comfortable Mercedes van. Being relatively early on a Sunday morning, very quick transfer time to Terminal 3. 5 star service, no hesitation in recommending.

Perfect communication. Arrived early and was easy to find getting off the ship. Cold water when we got in the car and pointed out particular sights of interest along the way back to Rome. Car was clean and roomy. Highly recommend for no fuss transport from the ship.
