I wrote the company asking about protocols if there was bad weather. I got no response. I looked at the weather forecast and determined we would have a thunderstorm on our trip. On arrival to our first swimming location, we were given no safety briefing, no explanation of what a horn sounding would indicate and procedures if we needed to leave quickly. It happened. A thunderstorm. And there were horns going, people swimming in every direction, ladders being stored even though swimmers were still in the water. When you fail to plan for these types of scenarios and DO NOT communicate to your passengers what the horns mean and emergency or different courses of action need to be taken in the event of weather, you fail as a tour supplier and company. These inactions demonstrate a lack of proactiveness, regard for safety of others, and integrity. I don’t care or mind that our swimming time was cut short. Weather happens. But, we should have been prepared and briefed prior. Not responding to my email was poor customer service at the very least and abysmal manners overall. Do better or find a different line of work. People deserve better than this!

Great time spent between swimming and the history of the island. On the way there, explanations are given to us even in French. Very pleasant

Nice day but we didnt know the boat was dropping us at the blue lagoon & leaving us to go pick up people That were dropped off in Gozo earlier. I'd recommend another boat company vs this one as most of them stayed do you had access to the boat while there.

Everything was perfect. Blue Lagoon amazing.

I will say the boat we was on was much smaller than the ones pictured so at the start I was a little apprehensive that it was going to be a good experience. We had to drop off some other passengers at Gozo - but once we did it turned into a nearly private boat tour as there were only around 10 of us left for the Crystal lagoon/blue lagoon tour. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and overall this ended up being my favourite part of the trip.
