I was travelling solo in Milan for a long weekend so decided it might be fun to do a cooking class. It was interesting to learn more about Italian food and we got to prep two pasta dishes as well as making tiramisu. You don't actually cook the pasta (I guess it's not practical from a kitchen space perspective) but you do make the pasta from scratch. I enjoyed the class and the food was very tasty topped off with a nice glass of wine.
We've been doing cooking classes in every country we've visited. We're super grateful that we found Thai cooking classes. We booked it last minute the night before. The cooking classe is located at a local Italian restaurant. The class was fun and light hearted. I highly recommended it for anyone who's cooked before and those who have little to no experience. Damiano was patient and funny.

Great Cooking Class Experience, Mimmo is a great teacher, he shared a lot of interesting knowledge about Tiramisu and pasta cooking. The whole experience is fun and fruitful. The food is cooked very well and the service is great as well. Would definitely recommend anyone who loves a cooking experience to try this out.
My adult daughter and I greatly enjoyed our pasta and tiramisu event. We met at the restaurant Na Vorta Pasta e Vino - Navigli. Alba ran the workshop of 7 participants of all ages. She was personable and showed us exactly what to to do make our own pasta from scratch. The restaurant then cooked each person's pasta and gave us a choice of sauce. YUM. We did activity at 11 am. It lasted 3 hours. The Class was a great and ended in a group lunch with our new friends. Although one could say the price was high for a pasta lunch, the enjoyment and relaxed atmosphere made up for it.
