Was fine, but the ear speakers wasn't clear, and can't hear the guide what speaking about, very noisy speakers.
Wonderful. Not every place that you can actually climb up to the rooftop of Cathedrals. Much History.
There are more stairs to navigate in this venue than you might have anticipated. Cathedral entry staff do not coordinate well with guides, and our group was delayed by some preparations for an event (a week away), causing a game of “enter here - no, enter over there - no, enter around the corner” to get inside, delaying the tour. No lights on inside made the entire (magnificent) space dark and hard to appreciate properly, and the preparations referred to above meant much of the areas were roped off and scaffolding and screens covering large areas of the ceiling. Between that and the afternoon heat, it was a bit disappointing. None of this is on the tour operator, our guide did a great job under trying circumstances.

Regarding the stairs on the rooftops, please note that the short staircase between the elevator exit and the second terrace level is mandatory to reach the top, and this detail is clearly stated in our tour description. As for the other issues you encountered—such as the cathedral staff's coordination, the venue's interior lighting, and the ongoing event preparations, scaffolding, or roped-off areas—these operations are managed entirely by the Cathedral administration (Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo) and are completely outside of our control as an independent tour operator. We appreciate your understanding that these factors were beyond our responsibility, and we are glad that our guide was still able to deliver a great experience for you despite these external limitations! This is a must in Milan, so intresting. The beauty of the Duomo is beyond words. As an engineer it was really intresting to go on the roof and see the construction (nerd I'm afraid). The guide was really knowledgeable and engaging. She kept us all together on a really busy day. She went through a lot of the history of the Duomo from a religious, construction and geopolitical view. Would highly recommend.

Was beautiful Cathedral and enjoyed nearby stores and restaurants to visit. Stayed at a beautiful hotel with a view if the city
It was worth the trip to the top even in the 32 degree heat. Our guide Cantine was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and and knew his history very well.
Eddy Guida Milano Is fantastic! His attention to detail, calm demeanor, enthusuam for history, and unique take on teaching all of us with respect to diverse interests and needs—-I could go on and on about Eddy. Then the way he emphasized details. The Duomo is awe inspiring, even for non-Catholics like us. With a history in religion myself, my friend with none was just as fascinated. He involved the group, had humor, kept our attention. Words could go on for Eddy and his take on Milan’s Duomo. Other guides should be trained by him. Our other tours from Rome, to Florence, Pompeii—none were as interesting or engaging. Thank you!

We had a really wonderful time on our Duomo tour with Carmine. The tour absolutely delivered on the promised “skip-the-line” experience. The regular line looked like it would have taken an hour or more, but we were inside within about 10 minutes! Carmine was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. He described the sculptures and the beautiful stained-glass windows in such moving and meaningful words that it really added to our appreciation of the Duomo. As an added bonus, Carmine also gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations for our time in Milan. A terrific tour, a wonderful guide, and a true skip-the-line experience. We would definitely recommend it!
