We did Lake Como day trip. Our tour manager, Marina, was very knowledgeable and interactive. She was very friendly and offered tips for managing meals and shopping in Bellagio. Her enthusiasm was evident and the whole day was very enjoyable. Thank you, Marina. We would highly recommend this experience.
They don't cover all places listed. Also duration in lugano is shorter than what mentioned. Plus on the way back our bus ac was not working. They did nothing about it. Instead we sat for 1.5 hours in 37 degrees which was unbearable

I went on this trip with my son (16) and we had a great time visiting multiple places and having a trip by boat on the lake. Lugano (Switzerland) was definitely the highlight for us. Excellent way to spend a day and with a fantastic knowledgeable and interesting guide.
BEAUTIFUL, it was a great experience! The only negative was the lack of public restrooms. One would think they would build one considering it’s a tourist attraction.

Amazing experience. Very easy travel and a good amount of time at each location to explore, eat, and relax. Amato and Ion were great guides/drivers! Would highly recommend.
This tour was amazing. Sara, our guide, was so knowledgeable and so fun to be with. We had a great day! I highly recommend this tour. The lake is so beautiful and the views were incredible. If you get the chance, take this tour.
Sara, our tour guide, was phenomenal!!! It was obvious that she was very knowledgeable by her detailed descriptions of the areas we visited!! She added her own personal touch to the experience. Our bus driver was great and managed the roads very safely. She had a great story for every area we stopped at. We would highly recommend Sara for this tour!! She will make it enjoyable, knowledgeable, fun and unforgettable!!!
I had a great time going to Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano. Monica was a fantastic tour guide with lots of knowledge. She was kind and kept the group going. The driver (John?) was fantastic as it is not easy to drive a bus throughout the mountains of Como and Lugano.
It’s a long day be prepared. Bring a portable charger and comfortable shoes. We went in July. It’s hot. The bus has no restroom. Restrooms are difficult to come by so don’t drink a lot. The bus ride was sketchy because the roads are so narrow and twisty and along a cliff many times. The bus tour was decent. It was HOT. We got to see the home where devils wear Prada 2 scene was filmed and Star Wars wedding was filmed and James Bond film. Bellagio was beautiful but over crowded. We did have a private reservation at SETA restaurant which was really good and fast. Keep in mind i didn’t say inexpensive. We had 3 adults and 2 kids ordered only water and it was $171 tip not Included. Lugano was better and much less crowded and restaurants let you use the bathrooms free of charge and didn’t give you are hard time. Of course we had to get Switzerland chocolate. If you pay with euros they will NOT give you euros in change. So just use your card. The bus ride home was 90 mins.
