No refund possible even if boat is full and cannot take you

We missed our trip.didn’t wait

We enjoyed the cruise but there was no commentary. If you brought headphones you were able to download a commentary. I did not see anyone wearing headphones. Disappointing

I think.this bout is a kind of "must have" when you are in Lisbon. We were together with my husband in Belem and took one way trp to the centre of Lisbon. It was really nice event, I recommend🥰

It was a nice ride. I expected there to be a little bit of tour narration -- but there was not. I don't think there was an audio tour avaialble -- I did not see that mentioned. It was a simple boat ride across the river and to Belem and back. Nice views from the water.

It’s a smaller vessel, you can walk around and get good pictures of the sights. The crew is very friendly.

Departure 30 minutes late No organization The DJ is a Bluetooth speaker! Incompetent or unpleasant staff

Unfortunately not the experience I expected. The “driver” of the boat was extremely rude! It is basically an overpriced taxi service from point A to B. Tuk tuks are much more informative and the drivers are nicer! They don’t get you wet on purpose either!! Skip this boat!!

This is more of a shuttle than a tour to get from the center to Belem; the boat is not very new but functional. No safety instructions were given to us. On the return from Belem to the center, the boat is supposed to run every hour, and upon arriving at 4:30 PM to catch the 5 PM one, we had to wait an hour and a half in the restaurant on the walkway because no boat came at 5 PM. Fortunately, there was one at 6 PM. The person selling the tickets did not inform us, and when we asked if a boat would come at 5 PM, he acted as if he did not understand and did not want to respond... even though he spoke very good English to sell the tickets. In short, it was not a great experience, unfortunately.

Very disappointed with boat trip which was not as described and on a poorly maintained small uncomfortable vessel. Would recommend comparing with other local operators before booking.
