An outstanding tour! We booked last minute and we were so pleased. The crew was excellent! Snacks and many drinks served along with a history lesson. There was plenty of room on the boat and also a bathroom. This was definitely a highlight of Lisbon. Don’t forget to tip!

It was amazing. Santiago Bruno and Philip are wonderful. They made sure everybody was included and kept us entertained; they explain everything and gave us information on the different historical places that we passed. And we never had an empty glass; the drinks kept coming 😂😂

Perfect smaller boat. Nice welcome drinks. Beautiful sunset last night going out and back under Bridge. Very knowledgeable crew of two with good sense of humor ! Would definite go again. The departure location is actually easier to find than the instructions you receive

This was the perfect way to wrap up our trip in Lisbon! We enjoy taking boat rides when traveling to see the city from another perspective and we’ve taken quite a few so it’s high praise when I say this was our favorite! The crew was amazing- professional, fun, silly, attentive, personable, informative and extremely charismatic! Filipe was a great captain, and Santiago, his step son, gave good history and background about Lisbon and Portugal (while also giving us enough time to relax on our own). We didn’t realize that it was a family business but it made it all the better! The meeting spot is at a van, where they will check you in. There are toilets behind the gate to the boats and they can let you in to use the toilets. There is also one on the boat but use the one on the dock if you prefer a non-moving bathroom! They started with a welcome drink, then a choice between a few different types of wine, then ended with a last drink. They kept the wine flowing and offered to take photos for the guests. We were resting up against where the captain’s window was and Santiago thoughtfully offered us a pillow to rest our heads on and to prop ourselves up. We were also served a few warm little snacks on board- some of which were enjoyable than some pastry shops we tried. The sunset was gorgeous and there was plenty of space on board to roam around. The route took us to Praça do Comércio, then promptly turned around and headed to the sights in Belém, then back to the dock. Not sure if boats are allowed to go past where we went (we only saw one boat past), but it would have been cool to see Alfama from the water. It did last a little more than the 2 hours and we’re so glad it did! We got to steer the boat which was a super special experience! They were also taking requests for music which was nice! Towards the end of the ride, everyone was feeling great and super comfortable and relaxed. It could have either been the wine, or the comfortable atmosphere on board, or both! I was between this booking and a couple others, but if I’d known how wonderful the hosts were and that it was family run, I would have easily picked this one and I would recommend you book it as well! We’re making a recommendations list for Lisbon for family and friends who plan to visit, and this experience is definitely at the top of the list! Tips: come early so everyone can leave on time. There are two chairs up at the front of the boat so walk quickly if you want to snag those. Bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly, and a hair tie or clip you have long hair. Wear comfortable, flat shoes. And bring some cash to tip the crew!

We wanted to book a cruise that wasn't the usual 'pack them in' type of experience. This certainly met our brief. Urban Sailors contacted us on the day with all the details we needed including photos to help us find their meeting point which proved to be really helpful. We were led to a beautiful boat, all the crew were very chatty and pleasant and genuinely seemed to enjoy making the experience a pleasant one - during the cruise we were wined and dined and really looked after. The cruise was 2 hours long and we were able to take some great pictures of the beautiful sunset, we really enjoyed the cruise as it felt like we were sailing with friends - highly recommended to all with fantastic views of all Lisbon has to offer - you won't regret it!

This experience was one of the highlights of our trip. Glass was never empty and the guides were great at providing facts and answering questions. Very comfortable boat.
