Exceeded my expectation. Light show was amazing and church is beautiful. A definite must see when in Valencia.

The light show is about 15 minutes and then you walk around and listen to information at stations. Takes about an hour.

A true hidden gem in the historic center of Valencia. The painted vaults are amazing and the light and sound show gives the visit a really cool touch. I recommend getting the audio guide to fully understand everything!

€15 admission for a sound (haunting religious music, no lyrics) and light show that is uninteresting and mediocre, as well as, included in the price, an audio guide so detailed about the side chapels and packed with specialized vocabulary that by the end, you wonder what you remembered. Too bad, there was potential for a beautiful educational presentation of the many paintings on the fully painted ceiling. Avoid at all costs.

The church is full of frescoes on the ceiling and walls. It is spectacular to see and feel all the historical, cultural, and artistic richness. Deserves the nickname "Sistine Chapel". Beautiful. To complement, there is the light show that is simply wonderful! It is worth enjoying the church and also the show.

This was a relatively expensive Valencian activity at €18 but was an unusual way to see a church and to really take in the decoration. We enjoyed the light show although it was unclear how you could see the other two - they were shown on the map in the guide at the church but staff said they were not available. Despite multiple fans in the chapels the church got very hot so I would recommend visitors bring their own fans! We bought tickets at the ticket office on the day and there were no queues, although I suspect we would have saved a couple of euros each by purchasing the tickets online where they are listed at €16!

For me, it is a jewel that should be declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site without question. It already appears written in the Llibre del Repartiment in 1239; it is one of the oldest churches in Valencia and has undergone modifications over the centuries. It has impressive Baroque ornamentation attributed to Perez Castiel between 1690 and 1693. You can attend the light of Saint Nicholas, an impressive immersive experience. Attending this church with an official visit and guide, ticket prices are high and there is a long wait, better to pay a little more. For me, an impressive experience of this Valencian Sistine Chapel. Thanks also to the Hortensia Herrero Foundation, this wonder could be restored.

Beautiful church, ceiling completely frescoed (but the comparison to the Sistine Chapel is a bit exaggerated). Audio guide included in the ticket price (today €18) for an overview of the side chapels that is more historical than artistic. Continuous references to the frescoes on the ceiling, enhanced by the light show that is offered every hour (on the hour 11-12-13...). An important place of worship for the Valencians who, in our opinion, charge more for the sentiment than for the rest. With a more reasonable cost it would be balanced and not to be missed, but as it is... judge for yourselves.

The light show is not narrated. It reminded me of one of those adult coloring books. It was HOT-- it was July.

Beautiful to visit, interesting with the frescoes on the ceiling. Additionally, every hour there is a light show to enhance everything. I don't give 5 stars because the entrance fee is too expensive.
