This was a great outside of Rome experience. There were a lot of cooking classes- honestly on every corner in Rome and we wanted something unique. This delivered on everything. Things to know: - Frascati is outside of Rome. A 30 min train ride from termini. But it’s so worth it. You’ll get beautiful views of the city from one of the 7 hills that surround it. - you’ll have to climb 100 steps when you get off the train then a hill. But then you get to go down after! 😂 - the pasta turns out delicious!! Everyone loved their food- and several others had done classes in other places where the pasta didn’t turn out well. - a good amount of the event is about the wine their family makes. They tell you about it, let you taste it, then offer it for purchase. - there’s time after to see the town and get gelato before the train back to the city. - the views from the town of Rome are spectacular

Great, fun and very informative workshop where you don't feel rushed and they actually let you do the work yourself... Beautiful to see outside the big city too!

We booked this class as a group of friends travelling with not knowing what to expect. We had an absolutely amazing time! The experience was well worth what we paid for. We had an absolutely small tour of the town with information provided to us by our amazing guide Rose. She truly made the experience. The wine and pasta we made was the best we had ever tasted. If you’re thinking about booking this absolutely do it!

SO MUCH FUN! Our teachers were gracious and knowledgeable hosts. An education and a laugh riot with delicious homemade pasta and wine rolled into one fantastic time in Frascati!

Amazing experience!! Totally went above our expectations in all aspects. Started with some light history of Frascati, and learned about the family winery. The wine was amazing, and would recommend taking some bottles home with you. The pasta making experience was so fun! Gluten free friendly as well, which was amazing for my partner. The staff are so welcoming, and they typically have smaller, more intimate group sizes so you really get to learn everything and ask questions.

Can’t recommend this experience enough. Getting the train out of Rome to Frascati was easy and only cost €1.89 pp each way. Trains run hourly and we bought our tickets on the Trainline app. We took our older children and had a fantastic experience for the whole family. Frascati station was very quiet and our guide found us very easily. We had a short 10 min walk to their premises where our guide explained some of the history of the town and allowed us time to take photos of the amazing views. The workshop started with wine tasting where we were offered a glass of their family run estate white and red wines which we all enjoyed. We then had lots of fun making pasta. We had a quick tour of the cellar before Rosa cooked our pasta and we chose our sauces according to each persons taste. The vegetarian was catered for well and we all enjoyed a large bowl of our handmade pasta. Fabulous experience with fabulous hosts! The experience took around 2.5 to 3 hours with a 30 min train ride to and from Frascati on top.
