Highly recommend this service! Personal driver was waiting for us, he was local and very professional with a high English speaking level. He also providing us with detailed history and sightseeing information throughout the tour. Definitely recommended.
Juan -our guide and driver was very nice . However for our 50 minute cab ride with four people his small car was inadequate and very uncomfortable. He was both driver and guide. His knowledge was rudimentary and broken English. We expected a guide for our $1200 for 9-2 tour. It was raining which made it worse. Another couple of two people had a van , driver , and guide. Juan says he only works once or so a month. Viator was excellent for us in France and Italy so we were disappointed this time. We were on Tauck trip where all was good until this tour. He ran meter the entire time so we could have just taken a cab/van both ways from Madrid for 280 euros.
John was a fabuleus driver. Pointed out many points of interest. He was very accommodating to some in our group that have difficulty walking.
It was really just a private taxi driver. No tour guide at Toledo. Could have taken the train for far less.
Our trip to Toledo was very enjoyable. Jose took good care of us. We had been told that we might have to ask for the panoramic view, but he showed us immediately upon arrival. He drove us around the city showing us highlights and then left us on our own with a map because the city does not have short parking spots for tourists. Many sites and much shopping. Thank you, Jose.
Everything about this tour was subpar. The driver was one hour late and was not a guide, but a driver. He dropped us off at a couple of locations and we were on our own. I complained to Viator and received no response. I have used Viator in the past and will not use them again.

Our Driver was really nice, informative, helpful and best of all on time!! After the transfer from the airport to the hotel, we hired him for a day trip to Toledo!
There was no pickup till 10 am and then the local tour operator stated that they had cancelled the pickup on Friday without any explanation. Now I am constantly communicating to get a refund back and I am being told to wait for 72 hours. I paid in advance for a pickup trusting it would be performed as committed which did not happen and now no refund and it has been 30 hours. Worst arrangement please do not waste your precious time on this. On top of it they ask me to write a review on how I liked the trip. Seriously!!

Our driver was knowledgeable and helpful. Toledo was a good day trip from Madrid. He offered to guide us around and sent us a list of recommended sights.
We were very satisfied, the drivers, both on the way out and back, were on time, courteous and helpful, the vehicles comfortable and very clean. We did not know this company but it will now be our choice for our transfers.
