From start to finish, this was an incredible day that showcased the remarkable diversity and beauty of the Balinese countryside. The scenery was simply spectacular, with every turn revealing a different landscape — from lush tropical greenery and towering volcanic mountains to traditional villages and the magnificent, cascading rice terraces.Bali is so much more than its beaches, and this tour really brought the island’s heart and soul to life. One of the highlights was discovering the ingenious **Subak irrigation system**, the traditional Balinese method of managing and sharing water that has sustained rice farming for generations. Seeing this incredible example of community cooperation and ancient agricultural knowledge in action gave us a much deeper appreciation of the relationship between the Balinese people, their land and their spiritual beliefs. And, of course, the Tegallalang Rice Terraces were every bit as spectacular as we had hoped! The intricate layers of vibrant green rice paddies cascading down the hillsides were simply breathtaking — the kind of view that photographs just cannot fully capture Lunch at Amora was another absolute highlight.Delicious food accompanied by the most amazing views — the perfect opportunity to sit back, soak up the scenery and appreciate just how fortunate we were to experience this beautiful part of Bali. It was one of those moments when you simply want to put your phone down, take a deep breath and enjoy where you are. But what truly elevated this experience from a wonderful sightseeing tour to something genuinely memorable was our driver for the day, Agung Rai Agung was absolutely fantastic\! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing his beautiful island with us\. Rather than simply driving us from one attraction to another, he brought Bali to life through his stories, insights and explanations.We particularly appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge of Balinese culture and the important ceremonial traditions that are woven into everyday life. Learning about the spiritual significance behind the customs, offerings and ceremonies gave us a much richer understanding of the culture and the people who call this island home. Amazing full day out exploring Ubud. Our driver, Ma-de was fantastic and a big reason why our day was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this tour for a more laid back day trip, and recommend upgrading to the all inclusive ticket.

Booking through Trip Advisor is reliable and expedient - all communication goes through your email. The hot springs are lovely, a number of pools looking at the volcano Mt Batur. The temperature is regulated with natural cold water, just right.

Relaxing activity with a beautiful view, however the place has deactivated and old areas, requiring revitalization.

Our driver was so wonderful Komang Winata - he was so lovely and was happy to answer our questions and share information about his culture, religion and the local area. We visited the rice fields, mountain hot springs and temple. He made us feel very comfortable. The buffet lunch was outstanding looking at the volcano. He was happy to be flexible with our timetable and gave us space to go out on our own always letting us know where he would be. Family of 3 with 13 years child.

We booked through Viator a few weeks before our arrival in Bali and I am confident to say this was the best tour experience I have ever had, our guide Ma-de was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, the entire day was mapped out perfectly we even got the chance to experience a luwak coffee plantation which my partner loved! Ma-de was incredibly informative and anyone considering this tour do it! The rice field, his guidance, the views and hot spring alone make it so worth it!

We did a full day Bali island tour,taking in a rice terrace complex,a coffee plantation,a Hindu temple visit,hot springs and dinner looking out on a volcano. Our driver Madea was just as importantly our guide and an excellent guide too.Madea is a great ambassador for Bali given that he was cheerful,very well spoken,very knowledgeable about each place we visited,giving local history and insite about each site.At the Hindu temple we were welcomed and made aware of the local do's and dont's of the Hindu religion.An interesting day spent by all our party.

We had such a great day experiencing this beautiful part of Bali. Putra took wonderful care of my family and very thoughtfully planned our day (waterfall first, all those steps! lots of bottled water; cold towels after activities; unexpectedly purchased my kids food to feed the Koi fish at the temple when he saw they were interested) and sharing his insights into the cultural and historical significance of the places we visited and things we saw along the way. Lunch at the Amora restaurant was top class and, wow, what an amazing location. The hot springs were really relaxing. The whole day was very well organised. Thank you very much :)
