Excellent Driver and Great Company for Mt. Batur
We had a fantastic experience on our Mount Batur sunrise hike and hot springs tour and would highly recommend both Yande and the company.
Yande was incredibly friendly, reliable, and energetic throughout the day. He got us safely to and from the mountain in the early morning hours and helped make the logistics of the day completely stress-free. Along the way, he shared interesting information about Bali and the areas we were visiting.
One thing that really stood out was how proactive both Yande and the company were. They provided helpful recommendations and practical tips ahead of time—like reminding us to bring a jacket for the chilly temperatures at the summit of Mount Batur—which made the experience much more enjoyable. Those small details made a big difference.
After seeing other guides throughout our trip, it was clear that Yande was one of the friendliest and most enthusiastic around. We occasionally saw other travelers having issues with their guides, which made us appreciate even more how professional and personable he was.
The vehicle was reliable for the journey. While it wasn't the newest or most luxurious vehicle on the road, it was comparable to what we saw most other tour companies using and was perfectly adequate for the day.
Overall, Yande and the company did an excellent job, and we had a wonderful experience from the sunrise hike through the relaxing hot springs afterward. If you're looking for a friendly, dependable driver and a well-organized Mount Batur tour, I would absolutely recommend booking with them.

Best Sunrise view in Mount Batur
Amazing experience with Hire Bali Driver…our driver Mr Yande was very supportive and helpful. He helped us book our Mount Batur trip with Black Lava fields. We also went for Hot Springs. We would strongly recommend him and Hire Bali Driver for your best Bali experience.

Desna will provide a memory for a lifetime
Desna was on time for pickup, friendly, professional, excelent driver; which takes a lot to be in Bali :), excelent guide and well trained on the the best picture spots. He was ahead of the crowds at the gate of heaven and once we got #23 he took photos of us in the perfect spots with the sunrise and videos while we took our turn at the photos. He was courteous and thoughtful at every stop and gave us great advise to make the best of our adventure. I will recommend this tour and if you are able to the Desna, you will have a memory for a lifetime.

Trekking, Hot Springs
He was willing to do everything.
The fog was so bad that I couldn't see the sunrise, but he showed me a spot where I could see clear skies when I went down the mountain, and I saw a very wonderful view

This experience was like...
This experience was like nothing we had ever done before, our guide was fantastic, really friendly, very knowledgeable and just generally fantastic. We didn't get to see the sunrise because of bad weather but we still had a great time and would definitely recommend

Amazing Trip!
Fantastic trip booked on Viator. Had introductory message from Leo telling us what to expect & confirm pick up from hotel reception. Very chatty and informative. Took us to meet our guide for the Trek.
Was not disappointed by the the beautiful views from the top of Mt. Batur. Good fun with our guide. Lovely brekky before heading down another trail. Leo then took us to the hot springs which wsd well needed. Quick stop to try some Luwak coffee. All in all would recommend booking this 10/10.
