The company was very accessible on WhatsApp, being honest on Hanoi morning traffic and how much time is required to go from the Old District to the airport. Driver details (phone and license plate) were provided on WhatsApp and the driver was very punctual.
Smooth communication and organization of the transfer, great driver and everything on time. Price is also competitive with hotel-provided similar services.
A very clean and comfortable car and a very nice driver who gave the best service. Arrived on time and helped with the luggage with a big smile. I used the company's services throughout my stay in Vietnam and the service was always excellent. Highly recommend
the driver had a commotion on the highway to the airport wiith another taxi driver . although no accident happens which endanger our life but it shuold not happened. they had shouting against each other when both arrive at the airport. terminal 1 international time around 12 noonn++
The driver arrived on time and helped with loading and unloading our suitcases. The journey was uneventful and we arrived in good time. This is a very efficient and affordable service!
The trip was on time and the details of the car were sent prior on WhatsApp. Very easy and convenient.
Mr Yong, my transfer driver came 15 minutes earlier than the agreed pick up time. He drove me safely to the airport with some pleasant conversations. The day before, he had already whatsapped me to confirm the transfer & send me the photo of the pick up vehicle and vehicle number plate for my safety. I would recommend Mr Yong & his team of drivers for future transfer services.
All perfect. He was at the time and he was so professional and efficient. He was very nice and polite and he always did his best.
The driver was on time! We arrived at the airport very early so no stress for us. Thank you for the great service!
We were upgraded by the company from a fortuner car to a 16 seater ford FOR FREE! The driver was very well mannered and he was very careful. Also, instead of an hour of travel time, it was just 35 minutes. Will definitely recommend to my friends who will visit Hanoi!
