ベラト市のユネスコツアー、城＆ベルシ湖-ティラナから

This is mostly a shuttle with a bit of information sprinkled on top. There is a few hours to have a wander around on your own. Others have correctly stated that hotel pick up isn't really a thing, but I don't think this is intentionally misleading. Rather, they ask where your hotel is so they can direct you to a convenient point for pick up on one of the ring roads surrounding Tirana's CBD. If they went to everyone's place you would never get out of the city; traffic is terrible. The stop in Belch is admittedly pretty underwhelming but would be a welcome pitstop for anyone who has issues with remaining seated for a long time or doesn't/can't use the bus toilet. Our guide seemed knowledgeable enough but we also didn't ask many questions and the actual tour guiding part was fairly light on. This will suit some and not others. Recommendations for food and sightseeing beyond what the tour provides - both in Berat and Tirana - was spot on. It's a nice day out but a lot of time traveling for a couple hours wandering, and this in the midday heat. An earlier start would probably be better to allow for lunch at the castle and still a few hours to wander around the old town.

Fjona was really a great guide for the Berut trip and she had the right knowledge about the history of Albania nd world history associated with Albania. She should be given more work as tour guide because people in the trip liked her politeness and knowledge a lot

I booked this activity with high expectations, but I was deeply disappointed. The organization has been terrible from the beginning: the guide was not in Italian, there were unjustified delays, unprofessional staff, and a total lack of coordination. There was no attention given to the customer. If I had known that the management would be so careless, I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere. Return trip on a bus without air conditioning with significant discomfort. Nightmare

Lovely trip Berrat was beautiful, the tour guy and driver were lovely as well and very knowledgeable. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so us in the back were melting like ice creams. Definitely recommend to get a fan with u just in case.
