Outstanding service from Marko. He went above and beyond what any tour guide would do to help make our experience perfect! When they said “fast track” it really is fast. Marko helped us skip past all the long lines and got us into the museum in less than 5 minutes. I hope someone can pass this review onto him as he deserves some recognition in your company! Exceptional Customer Service
This tour company gets 5 stars plus for going above and beyond! Rosa was our contact person and she was exceptional. Our flight was delayed, we missed our connecting flight, therefore, were arriving to Rome almost 24hrs later. We had an early Vatican entrance booked that we would not be able to make. Rosa was easy to contact and quick to respond. She was able to get us in for a later entrance which we are so grateful for. Marco (our contact at meeting point) was also great. He was prompt and clearly explained the process. It was simple and seamless. We enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this company!!

Chose this tour for an amazing experience
Marko was an amazing host. I know when they “skip the line tours”, they mean skipping the ticket line. This was truly front of the line service through security, passport checks, and every step until we entered the museum. If you are naive to the process, choose Marko and Roiie tours. You will not be disappointed and be in the Vatican in the blink of an eye. We will use them if we return. Thank you Marko for getting us to an amazing experience with no hassle. Best tour experience around!!

Great for skipping the line!
This was great for skipping the line. We did not get a hands-on coordination as expected with the other tours we booked. Correspondence was done via WhatsApp, with tickets given on time. It is worth skipping the line during the Jubilee Year.

Bad experience
You’re extremely unreliable
No one met me to provide the tickets. I had no Wi-Fi available and I was not able to get my tickets at the cost of $125 for a visit. This was a waste of money. I could’ve gotten a better prize and better service right on site

I tried to contact tour operator with no response. I’m sure the tour would have been great but it was difficult to find the meeting spot and no communication from tour operator even after I reached out to them.

Happy with the Tour!
Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend booking an early time slot especially if you’re going in August like we did. The vendor did communicate with us regularly but there was a little confusion on the day of. Initially we were informed that we would meet with someone at the local shop where they would provide the tickets and be walked over to the Vatican. The day of we received an email with a pdf of our tickets and given a gate number and told we would be going on our own. If I didn’t stop to ask someone for assistance, who knows if we would have gotten in on time. I showed a worker at the museum our ticket and he said stand here and wait so we just piggybacked on a tour that was scheduled for 8:30. We did make it in and it was a wonderful time. Just remember to bring water, passport and ladies something to cover your shoulders.

Audio Guide is all you need!!
The Audio Guide experience was great!! We did this 2 years ago with a tour guide & it dragged. Too many people. We saw so much more this was on our own. Less stressful & we’re done in a timely & enjoyable manner. Definitely would recommend!!
