Dear Greg, We are sorry for the few minutes boarding time delay. There were two means of transport, and one traveler was booked in the second one. This was clarified at the soonest. We apologize for any inconvenience that this initial confusion caused you. With kind regards, Fun and Tickets Team

Dear William, You bought our Toledo Full day on your own with a panoramic tour in the Tourist Train of Toledo. Given that you were already doing a bus panoramic tour with us, our guide gave you the option to upgrade your tour visiting 2 other monuments with the group, instead of doing the train panoramic tour, and you agreed with this. The 20 euros you paid was for the ticket to the cathedral with an inside guided tour. We are sorry that you regret to have made that choice and that you would have preferred to have enjoyed more free time on your own. The Synagogue you visited is a National Monument, and one of the highlights of the city. We agree with you that the Alcazar is also very interesting, specially for those people interested in the military history as it’s the Museum of the Army. Our tour stopped for lunch in an area with a few restaurants and shops for our travelers to choose the one they prefer. It’s great that you spent some nights in Toledo before. It’s always worthy to get back and staying overnight. Thanks for joining our tour. Best regards, Fun and Tickets Team
