Online ticket is enough
Excellent guide Wonderful city Very good tour! The problem is having to go request a ticket at the agency (we were a car with a baby + 1 child and 2 adults) to board a bus that is in another physical location. Having online tickets!!

Este procedimiento está indicado antes de efectuar la reserva y, además, enviamos un correo recordatorio con las instrucciones y los pasos a seguir antes de la excursión. Entendemos que viajando con niños pueda resultar menos cómodo, pero se trata de un procedimiento necesario para garantizar la correcta organización y atención de todos nuestros pasajeros. Para futuros clientes, cabe señalar que el transporte público de Madrid está plenamente adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida, con asientos preferentes y espacios habilitados tanto en los autobuses como en los vagones de metro para el transporte de carritos de bebé. It was a nice experience, Toledo is a beautiful city, we had enough time (whole day) to visit the city and its attractions. The guide was vey kind and informative.

A great trip from Madrid to Toledo
A great trip really enjoyed it. From the pick up point to the guided tour of Toledo and then the meeting point for going back to Madrid all went smoothly. The guided tour of the town and cathedral was great and very informative. Thank you.

Incompatible expectations
I booked an English tour, but received a bilingual one. In addition, I didn't understand in advance that I should visit the seven monuments by myself in a very short time while having lunch and touring the shops. Obviously, we didn't make it.

The tourist wristband providing access to the seven monuments is always explained as being for independent visits during free time, without a guide. Our guides also provide the necessary instructions, including how to use the wristband correctly. We regret that this format did not meet your expectations.
