Couldn't use the tour - VoiceApp application did not work
I have nothing to offer other travelers, I could not get the VoiceApp to work. After multiple attempts to load, it still would not work. So, the purchase of the tour was wasted.

Excellent first day introduction to Dubrovnik
Excellent way to get your bearing and find your feet when visiting Dubrovnik. Easy to use, once account set up. Covers the key sites which you can stop off at then or come back later. Well worth it.

Brilliant way to spend an hour in Dubrovnik
It’s brilliant, it’s informative and it’s very time effective. The instructions are clear with good advice on all the key parts to the city’s history. I’d recommend to any travellers not in pre-organised groups.

Did not happen
I was not able to even get to the tour. The app stated that I have invalid code afte multiple attachments I gave up. We had to go with local guide

Love a tour at my own pace
Just like having a local tour guide, this audio tour shares the highlights of the best squares, churches, features and history of Dubrovnik. In such a crowded city it can be difficult to follow a live guide, so an audio tour lets me go at my own pace and linger in a church if I like. Use AirPods so you can watch the phone screen. Be sure to walk the city walls before or after.

Good Tour at a Reasonable Cost
A great way to see and learn about Dubrovnik Old Town without having to tag along with a large crowd or pay through the nose for a private tour. Two points to note:
1/ It took a short while to get the orientation right for the talk as it was not immediately obvious where the starting point was.
2/ There were a number of very interesting landmarks that the tour missed out, so we had to rely on other guides stopping to speak at these, or reading the local leaflet to find them ourselves.

Convenient alternative to a tour guide
The audio tour was informative and the geo-location was helpful in ensuring that you were in the right place when each section of the tour began. A prerecorded audio tour was a convenient option, considering the much higher cost of joining a tour or hiring a tour guide and the lack of availability of audio tours for purchase or download at the official ticket office. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the code emailed to me was invalid, so I had to email the company to request assistance. Fortunately, they responded within 15 minutes with the correct code and provided an explanation when requested.
Bonus: in addition to the audio, there is a written transcript so that if you missed hearing anything, you could simply read it during a pause in the tour instead of disrupting the audio.
