I booked a trip to Phi Phi Island it was super easy! After I made the reservation through Viator, a staff member emailed me with the hotel pickup time , easy to understand, and everything was really convenient. I was very impressed. Thanks Oh-Hoo :)

Got to the pier, they had no speedboat for my confirmed time. I had to buy another ticket there for an earlier speedboat to not have to wait 2 hrs at the port.
