Strongly recommend this cooking class!
It was an amazing experience with Chef Apple. I booked the morning course so we went to a local market first. Apple showed us the local foods and explained everything to us. She also bought some ingredients she didn’t have already.
Each participant could choose a dish that they cooked. Everything was „mise en place“ and Apple explained in a very good way. We all shared the meals and could taste all the dishes.
All in all it was a great authentic experience, which I strongly recommend!

Wonderful Thai Cooking Experience with Chef Apple!
I highly recommend the cooking class at Riverside Thai Cooking Class with the wonderful Chef Apple.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such friendliness by both Chef Apple and her entire team. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Chef Apple is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We were able to choose the dishes we wanted to learn, and she guided us through the entire cooking process step-by-step. The instruction was clear, insightful, and great fun!
The best part? The food we cooked was unbelievably delicious. I've rarely had Thai food of such high quality. It was a truly authentic and high-end culinary experience.
A huge thank you to Chef Apple and her staff for a memorable and delicious day!

Great experience
This was such a great experience. First we started the tour of local market where we got explanation on several products. Then the entire class is fun and interactive.

Authentic recipes, entertaining half-day
Very interesting ingredient hunt. I like the authentic south Thai kitchen recipes. Pui was entertaining and a very knowledgable chef. Low threshold for those with lesser cooking skills, nice company with shared interests.

Could only offer a grade on communication and refund process sadly
Sadly this course was cancelled and the date offered was on the day we were going home. The session looked perfect for me as my husband didn’t want to come and this appeared to be one of the only ones that allowed a booking for one person.
Never mind - a very prompt refund was received Thankyou

Some operators like to cancel or reschedule once they have your money
Trip cancelled by operator. Rescheduling promised to no avail. Does not respond to text message. Made no attempt to refund so far.

Very poor
Booked online and got confirmation straight away. Next morning it had been cancelled as was full. New date given which we accepted. This was again cancelled! We are still waiting on our refund???

A really good experience.

You really learn to cook thai
we spent a wonderful evening in the outdoor kitchen. first we visited the market where we bought lots of fresh ingredients. We were also able to try delicious desserts there. Then we went to the great kitchen and cut all the ingredients for our nine dishes. Everything was so simple that even our children had no problems preparing it. Once everything was prepared, we started cooking. All children were allowed to cook with a wok themselves. All dishes were delicious and fresh. Since we love Thai cuisine, we decided to try a lot of curries.
