有名な国際的なタイ人シェフ、ワンディー・ラタナパンによる実践トレーニング。最近、Amazon プライム シリーズのファイナリスト 2 名の講師に選ばれました。 「ワールドクック シーズン2」。ワンディーは、ニュージーランドやアイスランドなどのさまざまな国でタイ人シェフとして働いていました。シェフおよび料理教師として 10 年以上、フード ツアー リーダーとして 7 年以上勤務。 カオラックセンターの素敵なオープンエアのキッチンと美しい庭園環境で料理をします。 経験豊富なタイ人シェフだけが教える、タイの伝統的な方法によるユニークな調理テクニック。新鮮なココナッツミルク、ハーブ、野菜、肉、魚介類などの新鮮な食材を使用し、カレーなどの各料理を一から作る本格的な方法です。 ガスコンロ、すべてのナイフ、スプーン、ヘラを備えた専用のまな板、すり鉢、エプロン、ハンドタオルを含む、すべての生徒用の専用調理ステーション。 グルテンフリー、ビーガン、ベジタリアン料理は私の専門分野の 1 つであり、子供たちと一緒に料理することにも慣れていることを忘れないでください。

Excellent cooking lesson and such friendly people
This experience was worth every minute. This class is so well organized and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. They made the experience both fun and exciting. They spent the time to explain the details of the ingredients and the nuances of Thai cooking. They spent the time reaching out beforehand to understand any dietary limitations, or allergies and then to understand your palate preferences. As we were cooking together, they made on the fly adjustments to ensure every person in our party had the best experience. I cannot recommend this experience enough. This is a must do if you are in the Khao Lak area.
This was a family adventure including a five year old and a three year old. Chef Wandee and Chef Sarah were just lovely and involved our two grand children in all aspects of the experience.
It was such a pleasure to host your lovely family! 🥰 Cooking together made the class so lively and fun. We hope everyone enjoyed the experience and took home more than just recipes — unforgettable memories too.
Fantastic afternoon, loved the friendliness of the staff and group, market shopping and identifying the numerous items used in Thai cuisine The cooking at the school was a great experience and the outcome we cooked was yummy. It was an all-around great afternoon. The pickup was perfect, and Sarah showed and explained everything wonderfully at the market. At the cooking school, we were warmly welcomed by the rest of the team, received everything as requested, explained, and were able to cook everything ourselves. We laughed a lot and are taking a lot of knowledge and a wonderful day home in our hearts. Many thanks to this great team.

We prepared traditional Thai dishes. Before that, we visited a market and bought the ingredients directly. Super nice team on site, they pay attention to preferences, allergies, etc. in their preparation. The food was super delicious. Highly recommended. It saved our rainy day. Thank you!

My wife and I did the afternoon cooking class on 30th May. We had so much fun. The pick up was smooth from our hotel. Our host was very friendly and good chat. The market was eye-opening. We learnt lots and nothing was pushed on us (like on other tours). And now we’re basically expert chefs :p

We booked this for my husband’s birthday. 2 couples booked in a group of ten. So great. A visit to the markets first then cooking and a three course lunch. Such a great experience. All staff excellent but chef Wandee amazing. Xo

The whole experience was exciting and fun, from the stop at the market with Sarah to purchase provisions. Sarah gave us a wonderful and informative tour then onto tge main event - Wandee and her staff were wonderful making the class a fantastic experience, great fun....... what can I say about the dishes we prepared - yum yum yum. Highly recommend.........

We were collected from our hotel taken to the market where Sarah showed us around and explained to us all about the different herbs and spices We then headed to the venue where we made 2 starters 2 mains which were both yumm and so much we couldn’t eat it all Every step was well explained it was a great fun
