We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-organized. We really enjoyed not only learning how to cook delicious Thai dishes, but also getting to experience and learn more about Thai food culture. It was such a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! One of our favourite things we did in Phuket We did the market tour beforehand which was so much better than we expected. all the fruit we tried there was so fresh and delicious. When I booked in the website I thought we were cooking just one meal but turned out we cooking so much more than that! We made Tom yum soup, phaneang curry and pad Thai and also jointly made mango sticky rice and had spring rolls. All the food was amazing and learning to cook it all was even better! So much fun, we had children with us and they enjoyed how much they could get involved too. We were sent the recipes after and I still use them now! Thank you so much for a great experience

The best cookery class I have very been to! From the moment we were collected it was fantastic! We did the food tour, tried some fresh fruit and veg. When we arrived at the school we were provided tea and coffee. The whole service was so enjoyable and the best value for money. The ladies giving the class were so helpful and knowledgeable!! Would recommend to anyone! Must thing to do in Phuket, especially with VJ Cookery Class!!

Excellent, well explained with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious, I had no idea I could cook so well! The staff were amazing, very helpful and didn't make you feel uncomfortable in the slightest. The market tour was also very interesting and informative.

The whole experience was amazing! They accommodated my 4 and 7 year old. My 11 year old expressed his appreciation for the experience (rare for our pre-teen). Teachers spoke Greta English and made great connections to what is available in Thailand vs America (regarding ingredients). Steps were easy and clear. Actual cooking was fun and not overwhelming!

Chef VJ and her staff were amazing. We toured the local market, tasted and learned about all the ingredients used in Thai dishes. She walked us thru every step in cooking the dishes with patience and understanding of everyone’s level of experience. Our food came out full of flavor and delicious. It was more than enough to fill me up. I highly recommend attending her class when you’re visiting Phuket.

We had a fantastic experience with the Thai cooking class and market tour. The market tour was very informative, with plenty of opportunities to learn about local ingredients and enjoy tastings of fresh Thai fruits. There was also the option to purchase some of the local products, which was a great extra touch. The cooking class was excellent. We prepared Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Red Curry and Chicken Cashew Nut, and the whole experience was enjoyable, hands-on and easy to follow. Chef VJ and all the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They made the class fun and welcoming while sharing plenty of tips about Thai cooking and ingredients. A fantastic experience from start to finish and definitely something we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Thailand. A great way to experience Thai food and culture!
