The transfer was straightforward and saved me from figuring everything out on my own. Boarding took a little time, but once we left everything went smoothly. Convenient if you just need transportation.

I was a little worried about taking the ferry with luggage, but everything went smoothly from hotel pickup to arrival. The crossing was comfortable, and it took away the stress of figuring out the journey myself.

Boat was wonderful. Hotel pickup was confusing. Don't have much else to say but need to fill in more

On time and comfortable. Just felt the suitcases are not handled properly. They stack many of them even if it’s not a hard case suitcase.

Went to hotel didn't call ot text until they left . Had to pay another taxi and ferry terrible service hopefully never have to use them again

Ferry was nice and comfortable, however the pick up was late. Was told to be at reception between 9 and 9:30, so we got there early. At 9:30 I asked reception to phone the number on the booking as directed if the transport was late. They said they would phone back. I had to phone them again at 9:45 and again at 9:55, just as the transport arrived. I was starting to think we would miss the ferry.

Here the pick up from the hotel in Ao nang was super punctual the driver told us how to check everything perfect and on time

Everything worked smoothly. Pick up from airport and ferry to Phi Phi. Can recommend this alternative.

The staff and speedboat were very efficient. Even though the ticket indicated a 2 hr ferry, it is really a speedboat there and back and only an hour. Be wary of all the fine print as the return ‘ferry’ ticket included a charge for travel insurance that I did not need or want and somehow didn’t see the box to check to NOT want it - it appears it is automatic unless you check this box. Otherwise, everything went as planned.

Pick up was late , sat outside the hotel for 30 mins extra waiting wondering if my pick up would come, it eventually did . This is a one way ticket. Found out after you can order direct with utrip for less. 450bht one way and 900bht return. Still got me to Phi Phi tho.
