This ferry description needs updating. I booked the round trip 13:00 ferry over a month in advance and the day before scheduled pickup, I received an email stating the shuttle would pick us up at hotel between 13:34 and 14:00 but actually arrived after 14:00. I thought we would depart the ferry at 13:00. When I asked what time the last ferry leaves Phi Phi, the response was 16:00. I said that was too early since we wanted to return the same day. It was too late to change because of their response time. Their lateness ruined our day. Had we known the ferries stopped early, we would have booked an earlier ferry. The entire event was disastrous and a total waste of time and money.

Easy way to get the ticket and wait for pick up direct from you hotel no need to go to pier by yourself all are included. we also do trip from Phuket to Pha-Ngan at Samui, and everything is perfect will recommend this to you all .. thanks
