Our tour guide Jro did an amazing job. Answered any questions we had on the hike. Provided us freshly oil eggs and hot chocolate at the top of the mountain. And also takes amazing photos for if needed.

Our Mount Batur trek was made so much better by our wonderful guide. He was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout, never rushing us and always making sure we were comfortable and safe. His encouragement and genuine care made the experience truly special. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone hiking Mount Batur! ❤️

The price was very reasonable, including breakfast. Also, the drivers and guides were kind to us. I highly recommend this for those who want an extraordinary experience on the Quintamani Plateau.

The excursion is unforgettable!!!! Everything is very well organized from start to finish. Our driver Gede Arya is extremely kind. Our guide during the climb of Mount Batur: JRO is attentive and very friendly. Good explanations are given. The breakfast at the end is just wow at the restaurant facing Mount Batur! It was a seamless experience, the driver putu anton was friendly and accommodating - arriving on time and helping us get back to hotel. Our guide wayan budiawan was very knowledgable, knowing all the best spots at the right time to avoid crowds but still get us the best views and experience. He made sure we had the best pictures and took so many pictures himself. Thank you so much in particular to wayan budiawan for such a good experience

Great experience with guide wayan budiawan and driver putu pande, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise. Delicious breakfast with unbelievably view.

Seeing the sunrise after a long trek up the mountain with mates, eating that boiled egg and knowing that there was a reward at the end of our hard work was the best part of the experience. It was surprising how quickly it changed from darkness to sunrise, and even the clear daytime view afterwards was definitely the highlight of the hike. We were back definitely by noon-ish, and the transit from our villa to the bottom of the mountain was seamless and well-handled by the staff and overall there were no hiccups at all! Many thanks to our guide Wayan Budiawan, he was funny and made it a great experience.
