Monia was a fantastic guide - friendly, personable, and truly the heart of what made this to her so special! We began our tour at a beautiful family owned winery dating back to 1887. We toured the winery and enjoyed a lovely tasting (and will be taking home some amazing corpinnat). The scenic drive to Monserrat was breathtaking, and this monastery itself is a musty one visiting Barcelona. Monia’s deep knowledge of the monastery and surrounding region made the experience incredibly rich and memorable. Highly recommend this personalized tour!

Best day trip from Barcelona!
What a great day! This day trip exceeded our expectations. Tailored to suit, flexible and personalised. Our guide Monia could not have been more delightful and accomodating. Her in-depth knowledge and passion shone through as she shared family stories and history that brought Catalan culture to life in the most engaging way. The winery and Montserrat were both exquisite, but the surprise detour and lunch were unexpected bonuses. You won’t regret booking with Monia!

Monia is the best! Very engaging, informative and knowledgeable. The drive was beautiful. The Abby was breathtaking. The Museum was stunning. The vineyard was amazing. The conversation was flowing ! Our best day so far!

Wonderful Monserrat!
Hearing the choir sing and seeing the art museum were wonderful!
Our guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. It was nice just to be driven and not dealing with public transportation or a group tour.
We were disappointed that the wine tasting didn’t have any red wines. Cost was an additional $28pp and wasn’t worth it for us. We would have preferred using the time hiking some of the trails at Monserrat.
